Up again
At 3 a.m
Walking around
Putting sheets in the dryer
Dishes in the sink
Wiping off the counters
Because she just can’t sleep
She’s up again
Dreaming
Some might call it unrealistic

She imagines how things could be
Visualizing everything
Tiny little details
That make all the difference in the world
She knows she should be sleeping
Her body needs the rest
But her mind is restless

Getting things done
